Manifesto
Transport deserves a new standard.
Fleets keep the economy moving, yet they are still run from phones, spreadsheets and memory. Atlas exists to change that: to make transport efficient, visible and predictable — and to raise every business that runs a fleet to the standard it deserves.
Total visibility
Every vehicle on the map, live. From a Teltonika device or the driver's phone.
Costs under control
Know what a trip costs before you accept it: diesel, road tolls, cost per kilometre. No guessed figures.
Fewer phone calls
Arrivals record themselves, proof of delivery lands on the trip. The phone is left for what matters.
Precision, not guesswork
Every route is calculated for the actual truck: size, weight, axles and ADR.
Paperwork in order
Trip sheets generated every night. Roadworthiness, insurance, vignette and tachograph deadlines flagged ahead of time.
Where the day leaks away
- The order sits in an e-mail, the route on paper, the truck's position in another app.
- The dispatcher calls the driver to find out where the truck is.
- The photo of the signed CMR waits on the driver's phone until the driver is back at the office.
- The real cost of a trip is known only once the receipts arrive.
- The trip sheet and the invoice are typed again, from other sources.
Atlas ties everything to the trip. Each piece of information is entered once and reaches everyone who needs it.
A day with Atlas
One trip, through three pairs of eyes.
07:30 · The dispatcher
Plans.
Puts the order on a truck. Atlas calculates the route for its size, with road tolls and the estimated cost, then sends it straight to the driver's phone.

Every order knows what is loaded, where from, where to and at what price. 11:40 · The driver
Delivers.
Reaches the stop, and the arrival records itself. Proof of delivery happens on the spot: one photo, the recipient's name and signature.

- One photo at the drop

Photo, signature and name, with the GPS position and time recorded. 18:00 · The manager

Replays the day on the map, with speed and stops. Sees the kilometres driven against those planned, and the invoice goes out straight from the order.

- Speed, read straight off the route
- The day replayed, from 1× to 16×

Frequently asked questions
What is Atlas?
Atlas is a new-generation platform that unites everything that moves a fleet — orders, planning, routing, vehicles, drivers, proof of delivery, documents and costs — in one intelligent system. Every kilometre becomes visible, every cost becomes controllable, and every decision rests on real data, not estimates. Built by Vaelor for any business that runs a fleet, from hauliers to distributors and service companies, Atlas replaces scattered calls, spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single, precise flow — from the first order to the final invoice.
Which businesses is Atlas for?
Any business that runs a fleet. Hauliers, distributors, construction and service companies: Atlas orchestrates planning, tracking, delivery and costs, whatever the trade.
Which GPS devices does Atlas use?
Teltonika devices, connected directly, and the driver's phone. Positions arrive over Codec 8 or 8E; for vehicles without a device, the driver's app becomes the position source during the shift.
Which phones does the driver app run on?
Any phone with Android 8.0 or newer. The interface is in Romanian, designed for the road.
