Yes, across all of Europe. Tolls are calculated from the truck's weight, axles and Euro class, and in Romania Atlas applies TollRo and tracks the vignette's expiry date. If an essential input is missing, Atlas shows what's missing instead of guessing.

Yes. Trip sheets are generated every night from the recorded routes, as PDF, with a monthly ZIP archive.

Yes: Atlas generates the e-Factura XML file (UBL, RO_CIUS) from every invoice. Sending straight to SPV, and e-Transport, are the next chapters.
