The driver app

Everything the driver needs, in a pocket: the route, the stops and proof of delivery, in an Android app in Romanian. Dispatch sees the position and every proof right on the trip.

    One picture taken with the phone's camera: the goods, the signed CMR or the unloading point.

    The first and last name of the person receiving the goods.

    Signature

    The recipient signs on the screen.

The proof is saved with its GPS position and time and appears on its stop, in dispatch.

What the app does

  • Android 8.0 or newer

    Romanian interface.

  • Sign-in with phone number and password

    Every driver has their own account.

  • Shift and GPS position

    The driver starts and ends the shift; during it, the phone sends its position.

  • Proof of delivery

    One photo, the recipient's name and signature, with position and time.

  • Proofs on their stop

    Dispatch sees each proof on its stop, flagged when it was taken more than 300 m away from it.

  • In-app navigation

    Turn-by-turn directions, with a Romanian voice.

  • Arrival recognised at the stop

    The app recognises on its own that the driver has arrived.

  • Without signal too

    The proof is stored on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns.

  • “Why are you stopped?” and stop tasks

    The reason for standing and the tasks at the stop: loading, unloading, trailer.

  • Refused delivery, with a reason

    The reason goes straight to dispatch.

  • Documents from the phone

    CMR, weighbridge ticket, damage report, fuel and toll receipts, ADR documents.

  • Messages with dispatch

    Text, photos and voice notes; the dispatcher's written messages read aloud while driving.

  • Vehicle deadlines at shift start

    Roadworthiness inspection, insurance, tachograph and vignette.

A phone with Android 8.0 or newer, GPS and mobile data.
