Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit vaelor.tech or write to us. The Atlas platform and the data customers enter into it are governed separately, by the contract and data processing agreement signed with each customer.

Who we are

The data controller is S.C. Vaelor S.R.L., CUI 54666114, Nr. Reg. Com. J2026031052005, registered office at [registered address — to be completed]. You can write to us at contact@vaelor.tech.

What data we process

  • The contact form: your name, e-mail address, company (optional), project type and message. They are e-mailed to us; the website does not store them.
  • E-mails you send us directly (for example, when you book an Atlas demo): the address, name and content of the message.
  • Technical visit data: like any web server, our hosting provider (Vercel) receives your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) and performance measurements (Vercel Speed Insights): pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, country, loading times. They use no cookies and build no visitor profiles.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To answer you and send you an offer — steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To run, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

The site uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language and expires when you close the browser. It is strictly necessary to show the site in the language you want, so it does not require consent. We use no marketing or tracking cookies.

Who else receives the data

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and visit statistics. [To be confirmed: hosting region and the mechanism for transfers outside the EU, e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU–US framework.]
  • Our e-mail provider [name — to be completed], through which we receive form messages.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to answer you and for a possible business relationship, but no longer than [period — to be set]. Visit statistics are aggregated.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at contact@vaelor.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with the version date.
