Atlas features

Every area of work, from the map and routes to the trip report and the invoice, built to work as one.

Dispatch and live map

The whole fleet on one screen. Positions come from the device on the truck or from the driver's phone.

  • Live fleet map

Each vehicle's last position, coloured by how fresh the data is: under 2 minutes, under 30 minutes, under 24 hours.

  • One vehicle, one marker

Positions come from the Teltonika device or from the driver's app. When you have both, the device wins.

  • Fleet status

Who is on the road and who is free, plus the activity the driver reports: loading, unloading, rest, customs, refuelling.

  • Truck restrictions

On the map: weight, height, width and length limits, no-truck and ADR restrictions, from OpenStreetMap.

Orders, routes and cost

Planned for the actual truck. The cost is known before departure.

  • Orders with several consignments

Each consignment carries its own CMR number and is planned onto the trip's stops.

  • Routes calculated for trucks

By height, width, length, weight, axle load, number of axles and ADR, across all of Europe. Routes prefer motorways and truck roads.

  • Stop order

Atlas suggests an order of stops for the chosen truck. Preview it, apply it, or go back.

  • The route reaches the driver

The planned route appears in the driver's app. Long routes are split automatically.

  • Changes sent to the road

Change the route or cancel a trip with a reason, and the driver's phone receives the change.

  • Arrivals and departures that record themselves

From the device's data: a stop is confirmed after at least 2 minutes inside its zone. The driver's phone is the fallback.

  • Estimated cost before departure

Diesel, road tolls and internal cost per km, excluding VAT, at the BNR rate. A clear estimate, before you accept the price.

  • Diesel from the EU Oil Bulletin

The weekly average price per country, with the vehicle's declared consumption.

  • Road tolls across Europe

By weight, axles and Euro class, with the CO₂ component where it applies. In Romania, TollRo for vehicles above 3.5 t.

  • Missing, not zero

If an input is missing, such as the truck's maximum weight, no total is shown. Atlas says what's missing instead of guessing.

  • Cost frozen when the trip closes

With cost and margin per order.

Trip report, history and trip sheets

What happened on the road, in measured and labelled figures.

  • The trip on the map

The trip page shows the truck and the route driven. Finished trips have their own list, with search and kilometres.

  • Trip report

Kilometres driven against planned, driving and standing time, stops, proofs of delivery, speeds, alerts and cost. Every figure wears its label: measured, estimated, planned or unavailable.

  • History with replay

Any vehicle, up to 7 days, with route replay from 1× to 16× and CSV export.

  • Trip sheets

Generated every night from the recorded routes, as PDF, with a monthly ZIP archive.

  • Fleet reports

Kilometres, fuel, speed, stops, driving style and visit compliance, in PDF or Excel.

Alerts

Few, precise, useful. Each one says what happened, where and for how long.

  • Speeding as episodes

An episode starts after at least 60 seconds above the limit plus 10 km/h, at three severity levels. The limit comes from the map or the vehicle's own cap, never guessed.

  • Driver app offline

An alert after 10 minutes without a connection, during a shift.

  • Deadlines

Roadworthiness inspection, insurance, servicing, vignette and tachograph downloads: information 30 days ahead, a warning at 7 days, critical at 3 days.

  • Acknowledged in dispatch

Unacknowledged warnings show in a counter in the menu and are acknowledged in the web app.

  • GPS device silent

An alert when a device has not reported for more than 15 minutes.

  • Route deviation

For trips tracked by phone: a 250 m corridor around the remaining route, after 2 minutes outside it.

The Atlas alert list: two deadline reminders (CASCO and road vignette, 30 days ahead) and two speeding episodes with their duration and top speed, all acknowledged by dispatch.
Every alert with its vehicle, its time and its status.

Documents and deadlines

The fleet's paperwork, with every deadline in sight.

  • Vehicle deadlines

Roadworthiness inspection (ITP), liability (RCA) and comprehensive (CASCO) insurance, tachograph calibration and the Romanian vignette, flagged early. Atlas warns; it never blocks.

  • Maintenance and servicing

Services and their cost, per vehicle.

  • Trip documents

CMR, weighbridge ticket, damage report and ADR documents, attached to the trip.

  • Tachograph archive

.DDD files kept for a year, with download reminders: every 28 days for the card, every 90 days for the vehicle unit.

The Atlas maintenance page: 24 active documents, one expiring soon and six expired, with the table of roadworthiness, liability and CASCO deadlines by vehicle, date, days left, provider and cost.
Roadworthiness, insurance and servicing, for every vehicle.

Invoicing

The invoice comes from the order. Nothing is typed twice.

  • Invoices from the order

Continuous numbering per series, VAT by delivery date, partial invoicing by amount, credit notes and a guard against double billing. A PDF ready to send.

  • Foreign currency at the BNR rate

Invoices in euro or another currency, with VAT shown in lei.

  • Data from ANAF and VIES

Company details are filled in from ANAF by tax ID. EU VAT numbers are checked in VIES.

  • Sending by e-mail

The invoice leaves from the company's own mail server, with a send log.

  • The e-Factura XML file

Generated from the invoice, in the UBL format (RO_CIUS).

Locations and import

Your customers' delivery addresses, brought in from the files you already have.

  • Import from CSV or Excel

Up to 20,000 rows and 10 MB per file. You see the result first; nothing is saved until you confirm.

  • Review

Filters and confirming positions in bulk.

  • Positions corrected from deliveries

Atlas suggests moving a pin to where trucks actually stop.

Telematics

The device on the truck or the driver's phone. Atlas works with both.

  • Teltonika devices connected directly

Codec 8 and 8E, detected automatically.

  • The driver's phone as a position source

During the shift, while the app is running.

  • CAN data

Engine speed, dashboard odometer and fuel level, when the vehicle sends them.

  • Tachograph status

The driver's current activity, read from the vehicle.

  • EYE sensors

    Temperature, humidity and door.
